Thomas R Knight, Ph.D., M.S., Ed.S.

Hello there! My name is Dr. Thomas Knight and I am the founder and owner of Knight Psychological Services, LLC. I am a certified school psychologist, as well as a licensed psychologist, in Pennsylvania. I hold a Bachelor's degree in criminology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in school psychology from the California University of Pennsylvania. My doctoral degree was conferred from Duquesne University. I have extensive experience with mental health diagnoses/treatment, psychoeducational/psychological testing, and counseling. We strive to provide the best care to our patients by using a fundamentally compassionate approach. I thank you for stopping by and hope that we can be of assistance.

Sarah M Miller, M.S.W., M.A., LPC, CFRC

Sarah Miller is a nationally certified counselor and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA. Sarah was born and raised in Pittsburgh, where she currently lives with her husband, son, and dog. Sarah has a Master’s degree in Social Work, as well as a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. Sarah has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns. Sarah works from a humanistic approach, but believes in being holistic and pulling from a variety of counseling theories and techniques to meet clients where they are at. Sarah has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and dual diagnosis clients. She has a special interest in First Responders, including Military members and their family members and helping them manage their mental health and the trauma related to the intense job they face. Sarah combines experience with education to provide clients with a realistic approach to counseling designed to empower them and take control of their treatment.

Hillary Sabol-Schultze, M.S.Ed., LPC

Hillary Sabol-Schultze is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA.  Hillary earned her Bachelor’s degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Psychology. She then proceeded to earn a Master’s degree in Education from Duquesne University, specializing in School Counseling. Hillary has been providing therapy to children, adolescents, and their families for nearly four years. Prior to working as a family therapist, Hillary provided therapy to individuals who suffer from substance use disorders.  Hillary works with a focus on a variety of techniques and has training and experience providing treatment to individuals diagnosed with depression, anxiety, autism, family-relational issues, and behavioral concerns. Hillary has had training on providing trauma-informed care to clients as well. Hillary resides with her husband and three children near the South Hills in Pittsburgh. Hillary enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and reading.
